Handheld monitors are a useful and versatile addition to any monitoring system. They can be used for spot checks or calibrating other equipment such as displays or BMS sensors.
Rotronic HygroPalm (Temp/rh only)
The Rotronic HygroPalm 21 has an integrated sensor which is accurate to +/- 1% rh and +/- 0.3°K
The unit can also be purchased in kit form with calibration chamber and salts allowing the user to calibrate the sensor for 5 years.
Testo range
Testo manufacture a huge variety of monitoring and test equipment. Their latest addition is the wonderful Pocketline range of mobile phone sized monitors

Elsec range
The Elsec range consists of a multi-function unit monitoring temperature. humidity lux and UV or you can choose to restrict the parameters to just Lux/UV.
The multi function model can be used as a datalogger with a memory of 10,000 readings.
Roline (Lux only)
A budget light meter with some excellent facilities. Ideal for those who prefer their sensor on a cable for those hard to reach areas.
